Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using this website and its training content (the "Site," "Service," or "Platform"), operated by Omni-360 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

The Site provides video-based training content, reading guides, and related materials covering front desk operations for medical and healthcare practices, including, but not limited to, topics such as patient intake, insurance verification, HIPAA compliance, authorization management, and related administrative procedures ("Content"). Some Content is delivered using AI-generated avatar presenters and narration. All scripts and instructional content are written and reviewed by Omni-360 or its qualified contributors

Access to Content is provided through paid subscription tiers as described on the Site at the time of purchase. Available tiers, pricing, and included features are subject to change as described in Section 5.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase a subscription or create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@omnircm.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts are intended for individual use unless a group or multi seat arrangement has been separately agreed to in writing. Sharing login credentials with individuals outside your organization, or beyond the number of seats purchased, is a violation of these Terms.

Account and Video Sharing Prohibited. You may not share your account login, password, or access credentials with any other person. You may not share, forward, download, record, or otherwise distribute any training videos or Content to anyone who is not an authorized user under your subscription. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

3.1 Subscription Plans. Subscriptions are billed according to the schedule selected at checkout (for example, monthly or annually) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.

3.2 Minimum Subscription Term. All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of purchase. You may not cancel before the end of this minimum term,and you remain responsible for payment of all fees due during this period even if you stop using the Site. After the initial 3 month term, you may cancel at any time in accordance with Section 3.4.

3.3 Payment. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

3.4 Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price change will apply to subsequent billing cycles and, where required, we will provide advance notice before the change takes effect.

3.5 Cancellation. After the minimum 3-month term described in Section 3.2, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [support email]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Content through that date.

3.6 Refunds. We do not offer refunds. You will be charged for the current billing month regardless of usage. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the following month, but no refund will be issued for the month already paid.

4. License to Use Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your own internal training purposes or, where a practice or organizational subscription applies, for the internal training of your organization's staff.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, download, record, screen capture, or distribute any Content

  • Share your account access, login credentials, or Content with any person or entity outside the scope of your subscription

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content

  • Use the Content to create a competing product or training service

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice included with the Content

All Content, including video, text, graphics, reading guides, logos, and course materials, is the property of Omni-360 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove Content, features, or subscription tiers at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes that affect their current subscription, but we do not guarantee that any specific piece of Content will remain available indefinitely.

6. Educational Purpose Only, No Professional Advice

The Content is provided for general educational and training purposes only. It is not intended to constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal, compliance, billing, coding, or other professional advice specific to your practice or organization.

Healthcare regulations, payer policies, and billing requirements change frequently and vary by jurisdiction, payer, and practice type. You are responsible for verifying that your practice's policies and procedures comply with current applicable laws and payer requirements. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney, compliance officer, or billing professional for guidance specific to your situation.

Certain Content may be presented using AI-generated avatars or narration tools; however, all underlying educational and instructional material is developed and reviewed by qualified personnel, not generated autonomously by AI

7. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation

  • Upload or transmit any harmful code or material

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure, or that the Content will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni-360 and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omni-360, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Content.


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Content will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
